Uyghur cuisine shaped by the Silk Road, where East meets West. Our dishes reflect the warmth of family kitchens, the aroma of handmade noodles, and the slow craft of traditional cooking.

Laghman (لەغمەن) is a popular Central Asian dish featuring hand-pulled noodles served with a savory stew of meat (often lamb or beef) and vegetables like bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes, originating from Uyghur cuisine but beloved across regions like Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan as a national staple.
Our Story
Our food comes from family kitchens. From the aroma of hand-pulled noodles to the slow simmering of traditional recipes, every dish reflects care, patience, and respect for craft. These are meals prepared the way they have always been: by hand, with time, and with heart.
As the first Uyghur restaurant in Finland, we are proud to introduce a cuisine that has long been shaped by history, travel, and hospitality, yet remains new to many here. Our wish is simply to share these flavours as they are meant to be experienced — around the table, unhurried, and made with care. We welcome you to sit down, eat well, and discover the warmth of Uyghur cooking in its most honest form.
